PRESCHOOL
Our preschool curriculum teaches students to work, explore, and play individually, in small groups, and in whole groups. Language and literacy are developed through conversation, songs, rhymes, and participation in circle activities. Basic concepts, such as number sense and numerical representations form the foundation for mathematical skills. Exploration of the natural world introduces our students to scientific inquiry. The social studies curriculum is rooted in the concept of community where they learn the core values of respect and responsibility. Daily physical education and music classes develop their gross and fine motor skills while art classes further enhance student learning and creativity.
