Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees consists of seven voting members. Six members are elected from among the assembly membership in the manner prescribed in Union School’s bylaws. One member, an Embassy Representative, is appointed by the Chief of the Diplomatic Mission of the United States of America in Haiti.
The Board expresses and applies powers to adopt and promulgate policies to implement the provisions of the constitution and bylaws. However, board policies may not conflict with the constitution or bylaws. Should such conflict arise, the constitution shall be the prevailing document and a bylaw shall prevail over a policy.
