Professional Development

At Union School, the culture of life-long learning is modeled by our staff.

All staff members have access to a variety of professional development opportunities throughout the academic year. Staff members collaborate to learn from each and to teach each other in Professional Learning Communities (PLC). In addition to the in-house professional development sessions, the staff has access to a personalized professional development platform online.

The principals, program coordinators, and subject coach provide on-going assistance to the instructional staff to ensure that the needs of our students are met.
